If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@bluex.digital and we will resend it promptly.
Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a product has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately — including resending files, providing alternative formats, or issuing a replacement credit.
