Our policy in plain English

No refunds on digital downloads. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a file has been downloaded.

But we always fix problems. If something goes wrong with your order — broken file, wrong product, delivery failure — we will make it right immediately. No questions asked.

Why no refunds?

Digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Offering refunds on digital products would allow unlimited free access to our catalog, which would make the business unsustainable — and ultimately mean higher prices for everyone.

We keep prices at $2.99–$4.99 precisely because our model is simple and honest. Our products are clearly described before purchase, and all previews are shown on each product page.

Disputes and chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. We resolve legitimate issues quickly and chargebacks create unnecessary friction for everyone. If you contact us first, we will fix the problem or issue a credit immediately.
